Where are you based?
We're based on the Sunshine Coast QLD, but we travel all over to capture love.
Don't worry, so many couples feel the same as you and a big part of our service is to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
If you are very concerned, it's a good idea to have a portrait shoot with us a month or so before your big day. This way we get to know each other and break the ice.
We are not naturals in front of the camera, how do you handle this?
We don't want to keep you on the edge of your seats for too long so you'll get a preview within 72 hours and your teaser film within a week!
We put a lot of love and care into the editing process of your photos and film to ensure they do your day justice! Therefore we really don't want to rush through this process. A time estimate for your full gallery would be within 4 to 8 weeks and your full film within 8 to 12 weeks.
How long does it take to RECEIVE our photos and video?
For weddings a travel fee applies for more than two hours travel time, for engagement shoots and portraits a travel fee applies for more than 45 minutes of travel.
Do you charge travel?
Will you travel interstate or overseas?
Yes we love to travel! For overseas or interstate travel that requires a flight we ask for our air-fairs and one night of basic accomodation to be covered.
We LOVE elopements and intimate weddings. If you and your partner are thinking of running off to do a private ceremony with just the two of you or a handful of your loved ones, we want to be there!
Our elopement packages start at 2 hours of coverage, so get in touch and we'd be so keen to chat more.
Do you photography elopements?
What about portraits?
Yes! We do
Some of the most amazing weddings we have photographed have been rainy, misty days. We have backup equipment if we get a little too carried away in the moments. We don't let the weather stop us! The most important thing for you is to have fun and embrace it. We are big advocates for a reception dress so there's no need to worry about getting a little wet and having to stay that way! Or of course we have brollies if rain isn't your thing.
What happens if it rains?
What time of day is best for portraits?
Golden hour is one hour before sunset, if possible this is when we reccomend for your portraits to start.
Do you have any advice for ceremony lighting?
Are you still happy to shoot in mid morning or midday light?
Yes we can shoot at any time, we are guns at making the best out of any conditions!
We think it is worth giving some thought to your preparation accommodation. A few helpful points to keep in mind for great prep photos are diffused window light with a clean backdrop for footage of your makeup and hair being done, nice surfaces for us to flat lay your special things, a clean and tidy room because clutter will show up in your photos.
Does it really matter where I get ready?
We can't stress enough the importance of an epic band/DJ and LIGHTING! party lights and even a smoke machine (if u wanna get extra) sets some immaculate vibes. Not only does it make for next level photos and film but it will most definitely get your guests up and partying!
WHAT MAKES A LIT DANCE FLOOR?
You'll receive between 200 - 1500 photos, depending on how many hours we shoot and how action packed your wedding day is. We aim for around 100 images per hour.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
You'll receive a link to a beautiful private online gallery with your photos and film neatly in one place. Super easy to share with family and friends, print photos and download to your devices. Tho we always recommend downloading your full gallery and all your films onto your devices/usbs for safe keeping.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS/FILM
Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected. The deposit is non-refundable as this helps to protect our business due to turning away all other bookings for your wedding date. I hope you understand that deposit is insurance for our business to stay afloat in the event of a cancellation. We will always work with you to roll the deposit over to your new chosen date, if this isn't possible you are welcome to use the deposit towards a portrait shoot.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
Yes, we can organise to split your payments into installments. Just let us know if this would suit you.

Yes, from years of experience in the wedding industry we have come to work with some of the top wedding vendors.

DO YOU HAVE VENDORS YOU CAN RECOMMEND?
WHAT HAPPENS IF DISASTER STRIKES AND WE CAN'T ATTEND YOUR DAY?
This has never happened and hopefully never will happen. However, if it did, we have contactors that will be able to step in. These are other talented photographers who will take good care of you.
WE DON'T WANT OUR PHOTOS ONLINE!
This is your wedding and if you are uncomfortable with your photos being shared on social media platforms, we will respect that. Just let us know beforehand.
